Serenity Aesthetics and Wellness requires a valid credit card to book all services. We accept major credit cards including American Express, Mastercard, Visa, and Discover. We do not accept personal or traveler’s checks.
Paying with a Gift Certificate? Gift certificates must be mentioned at the time of scheduling.
A perfect gift for someone special. Purchase gift cards towards product or services. Gift certificates are non-transferable, non-refundable and not redeemable for cash, or credit. Gift certificates may be used to purchase products. Contact us for details.
Serenity Aesthetics & Wellness requires a minimum of 24 hours-notice, if you must change or cancel an appointment. Please note that your appointment is considered confirmed if it is not changed or cancelled before the 24 hour window. All appointments must be reserved with a major credit card at the time of scheduling.
Any changes or cancellations made after the 24 hour window will be billed a cancellation fee of $100.00 plus tax.
No show appointments will be charged 100% of the appointment fee. The reserved credit card will be charged.
This policy also applies to gift certificates.
