COVID19 Safety Protocols & Policies
At Serenity Aesthetics & Wellness, the health and safety of our clients is our main priority. We are committed to providing the safest experiences in accordance with state and local guidelines.
Please see our new protocols and policies below:
- All Clients must wear a mask upon entering facility
- Sign health screening questionnaire
- No guests permitted with clients
- Wash your hands for minimum of 20 seconds immediately upon entering & leaving facility
- Touchless temperature readings at the door
- Reduced business hours
- No cash payments
- 1 hour between each client to allow for proper treatment room sanitizing and disinfecting
Please reschedule or cancel your appointment if:
- You have a fever or communicable illness
- You are under an isolation or quarantine order/directive
- You have been exposed to someone diagnosed with COVID19
