What is The Mesoestetic Cosmelan Peel?
Firstly, The Cosmelan Peel is a medium-deep depth chemical peel primarily used for targeting stubborn hyperpigmentation and evening out skin tone. It is formulated with a wide range of tyrosinase inhibitors. Azaleic acid, kojic acid, and alpha- arbutin work to suppress melanin while lightening the pigment that is currently present. The Cosmelan is applied in 2 parts. Cosmelan 1 is applied in office by a licensed skincare professional. Then, Cosmelan 1 is removed at home by the client 8 hours later. At that time, they will begin aftercare and about 14 days from Cosmelan 1 the client will begin applying Cosmelan 2, an at home topical treatment that works in conjunction with Cosmelan 1 to suppress melanin production. These innovative formulas work together to correct even the most stubborn pigment in as little as 1 month. Don’t believe us? Click here to watch a testimonial from one of our clients.
